Medallion Corporation committed Fraud against the Ontario Judiciary, namely the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board. By filing fraudulent claims that the Tenants of #2709-565 Sherbourne St were $12,000 in arrears, they justified and Ex Parte Eviction order.
